DIGITAL PRINT APPLICATIONS

The IST INTECH Product range is designed to be used in most Print Applications and particularly in Digital Print applications.

From low power Pinning Systems, which are designed to ‘freeze’ the dots between the colours in a Digital Print application, to the high power SCX systems designed to offer the market leading levels of curing performance, our portfolio of UV LED curing systems offer a solution for nearly every application.

There are a wide variety of systems, some are air cooled and have a low mass for applications where the UV LED is moving, systems that are IP54 rated to be mounted in damp and dusty environments, even UV LED heads for use in clean rooms and nitrogen environments.

We try to design products that whilst aimed at a particular market can be utilised in other areas and for different applications.

For instance, we have applications that use similar products for industrial processes such as the manufacture of Flat Panel Displays, OLED’s (Organic Light Emitting Diodes), Automotive Repair and Solar Panel Production.

We ensure our customers get the most out of their UV and UV LED systems and if necessary can develop a bespoke solution to suit most process requirements.
