The VZX is a ground-breaking innovation with 22W/cm² of super high dose UV output bringing air cooled LED technology into the domain only previously possible with water cooling techniques.
The VZX is especially suited to high speed single pass applications in graphics or industrial applications. In recent years the MZ, SZ and VZ products have been established as some of the world’s leading UV curing systems for inkjet and wider applications. HIGH-PERFORMANCE LEDS
VZX is ready to use immediately after switch on, there is no warm-up or cooling times, which saves both time and energy. LEDs have a long service life of greater than 20,000 hours, and in addition modules in the VZX can be easily replaced if required for either upgrade or servicing.
SERVICE
IST INTECH grants a warranty of five years on each XT8 LED module. Older systems can also be upgraded with the XT8 technology, then this warranty also applies to those modules.
XT8: UV LED BOOSTER
With XT8 UV LED Booster technology, the system reaches an extremely high output and dose which greatly increases cure speeds offering customers a wider choice in all applications. The 30% boost in efficiency is available for systems fitted with 365, 385, 395 or 405nm or mixed wavelength arrays.
VARICOOL TECHNOLOGY
The VARIcool controls the cooling according to ambient temperatures delivering a consistent output in all working environments while minimising the noise and turbulence normally associated with fan cooling.
OPTIONS
The modularity of the VZX allows to fully customize the system in a single housing greatly simplifying cabling. Sizes of housings are specially designed to fit in all different models of printers from 120 to 540 mm. AIR COOLING
This product uses VARIcool Air-cooling technology
VARIcool technology designed specifically for air-cooled UV LED curing systems, is a closed-loop electronic system that automatically adjusts the air-cooling to individual segments within the total length of the LED array according to both the ambient temperature and the working duty cycle.
